Dr. Nancy Nzom is a Nigerian legal practitioner, academic, consultant and Notary Public of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. She is the Principal Consultant at Zinago Law Practice, where she provides leadership to an advisory-led legal and HR practice delivering structured legal solutions across employment and labour law, immigration law, corporate and regulatory compliance, property and real estate law, family law, workplace governance, dispute resolution and related advisory services.

Her work supports individuals, employers, organisations and institutions navigating complex regulatory, workforce, property, family and compliance matters through clear, strategic and legally sound guidance.

Dr. Nancy Nzom holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Employment Law, a Master of Laws (LL.M – General) and a Master of Science (MSc) in Industrial and Employment Relations. She is also currently pursuing a Master of Legal Studies (MLS) in Human Resources Law at Regent University, Virginia Beach, United States.

Her MLS programme focuses on specialised areas including Employment Law, Employment Discrimination, Immigration Law and Policy and Selected Issues in Immigration, strengthening her expertise in workplace regulation, labour rights and cross-border employment compliance.

Dr. Nzom is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and the Commonwealth Lawyers Association (CLA). She also holds professional memberships with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), United Kingdom; the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM); the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), United Kingdom; and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).
